What types of sessions do you offer?
I offer maternity, fresh 48, newborn, baby, child & family photography.

When should I book a session?
Newborn sessions typically book about 1-3 months in advance. Child and Family sessions typically book 1-2 months in advance.

When should I pay the Session Fee? What is included?
The session fee will reserve your date and time. It includes my time and talent along with digital files.

What happens after I book a session?
Once you have paid your session fee, you will receive a confirmation email with information on how to prepare for your session, what to expect, what to wear, etc.

What if I need to change my session date?
If your session date needs to be changed once you have booked, you are allowed to reschedule one time. You must contact me via email at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule your session. If you do not contact me within 48 hours and/or do not show up for your session, you will forfeit your session fee. Any requests to reschedule will incur a $50 rescheduling fee and must be paid immediately to reserve your new date.

Where does the session take place?
Newborn sessions/studio sessions take place in my natural light studio located in Milwaukee’s Third Ward, where you will have full access to my collection of newborn props, hats, headbands, wraps, backdrops, blankets, etc. Portrait sessions can take place anywhere outdoors or in my studio. I have a list of locations to choose from.

What time of day do sessions take place?
Newborn sessions/studio sessions take place on weekday mornings – My studio has wonderful natural light, so that must be taken into consideration when scheduling. Outdoor sessions take place in the evening, approximately 1-1 1/2 hours before sunset when the light is soft and beautiful.

I’d love to have maternity photos. When should I have them done?
Maternity sessions are best done between 32-36 weeks.

How long does a newborn session last?
A typical newborn session lasts anywhere from 3-4 hours, which is plenty of time needed for feeding, etc. Every newborn is different – Some sleep peacefully the entire session while others take a little more time and patience. Newborn sessions are not rushed and we will take as much time as we need. All newborn sessions are done in my Third Ward natural light studio.

How long does a portrait session last?
